Bland Thomas2024-02-07Barry transported my Labrador Jane at very very short notice to France,he organised everything, ( even the outgoing papers as I had no idea what to do ) Jane was very happy and I got photos of her all through the trip, I could not recommend him more. Worth all the money for someone who cares about our lovely pets !

I'm immensely grateful for their assistance in ensuring I had all the correct documents prior to travel. Edward, who handled the transport, was fantastic. Despite my flight being considerably delayed, he was punctual with the pick-up. My cats were comfortable in the van and seemed happy to get out of their carriers and stretch their little legs in the van. I cannot recommend their service highly enough.

He was super helpful when it came to navigating the difficulties in the pet immigration documents and offered support throughout the whole process. Mao felt super comfortable in the car and came out of her cage and wandered around as well! We would highly recommend Pet Moves and Barry! Thanks very much!

We are Ukrainians and when we decided to move to the UK in 2022 our Lovely British host found the “Pet Moves” company to bring us together with our dog from Paris to the UK. Our emotional state was difficult and our biggest fear was can we go into England with our dog. Mr Barry checked all documents and told us that all be fine. And Barry supported us very much and tried to reassure us. And when we arrived in England he did not charge us at all. He told that people should help and support each other and it was amazing because that money we used for living in a future. I thanked the God for the brilliant people which we met on our way. Thank you Barry and “Pet Moves” company.

Marc Arnall2024-01-25I have been using Pet Moves to Transfer my dogs between France and the UK, for over 10 years and will continue to do so in the future. The experience has been nothing but superb. Both my previous dog and my present dog welcome Barry as if he was a member of the family and it is quite obvious that in Barry's eyes the customer is always right and that my dog is also is the customer (Yes, he does spoil her with cuddles and a chew). The most useful thing is having the ability to travel with my dog in comfort. My dog is not caged, which is a great joy to her and to me. I am always treated with politeness and respect, Barry is always on time and he whisks us through customs with no problems. I would never use any service, other than Pet Moves.

I took the airport to final destination option, and I was grateful to not have to figure out customs, pet paperwork checks, or transport by myself. My kitty was very happy she could be out of her little carrier for the drive, and I was very happy to not be separated from her for our journey!

He was also cool about stopping for food. He was a joy to talk to as well. We talk the whole way there and it made the trip fly by. Their service is worth every penny.

They were quick to respond to any questions and they were so friendly. We felt like we made a new friend. Pick up in Paris was super easy and quick. Our flight was delayed and there was no issues with our pickup. I highly recommend this service to anyone and everyone. You won’t regret it! I plan on using them when I eventually move back to America.
shelby hickey2023-11-05Barry was exceptional. The service was all it said it would be, there were no surprises, and Barry worked with us through multiple flight changes and push backs. Moving a pet across the country is such a stressful process. Barry allowed us to feel secure in all of the logistics and put all of our attention in making sure our 10 year old dog felt comfortable and was set during the flight. Thank you so much Barry.
