And both times were wonderful. I did the reverse trip of the review below. Barry picked us up in London and drove us to CDG in Paris. It was just as smooth as the first time. We've used Pet Moves twice, now. No troubles at all. Barry is kind and helpful, and the new Caravelle is a comfortable ride. Our cat used the litter box provided, which was fantastic. He's enjoying his new home! We shelled out a little extra money for the VIP service and found it was worth it - skipping the customs line was AMAZING and saved us time and energy. When my husband and I found out he got a job in London, our first concern was how we were going to get our dog there. Going without her was not an option. Since you cannot travel with a dog in the cabin from the US to the UK, even my kind of service dog, we were stumped. But then we found Pet Moves! From the moment I reached out to Barry, I knew I didn't need to worry. He guided me through every step of a very complicated process and made it worry-free and uncomplicated. He looked over my paperwork before I got here and answered my every question promptly. The minute I got off of the plane in Paris, there was a gentleman waiting for me and he whisked me through customs and out of the airport in less than 10 minutes with all of my bulky, heavy luggage! Barry was outside waiting with his very comfortable Caravelle, water for my pup, and a blanket for her, too. I really enjoyed chatting with Barry as he drove me to London. There were plenty of stops for my pup to relieve herself on grassy areas. And there were plenty of stops for me, too, when I needed a bathroom break or a snack. Barry navigated London rush-hour traffic with calmness and aplomb and I felt I was ushered on my journey to my husband by a family member who had only my and my pup's best interests at heart! They are super organized and they make sure that everything is going to go smoothly before you even get on the plane. When we landed Edward welcomed us and explained us the schedule and what we would need to do. He was also very patient and so kind. He made sure my cats were comfortable and had everything they needed. Excellent service, great people! If it weren’t for Pet Moves (Owner, Barry) and (Driver, Edward) I believe in my soul the transition for us and our furbabies from the US to UK at beginning of 2025 would’ve been a disaster. The complexities of a big move, scheduling travel for flights, not to mention forced to put our precious yorkies in cargo for the 9 hour flight direct into the Uk, would’ve been very stressful for them and not an option we were willing to take. So, we took the alternate route to London via Pet Moves through Paris and we were greeted with a smile and lovely transition at arrival. Furbabies under our seats in the cabin the whole way too! Once we reached the exit of the airport, Edward greeted us and helped us get loaded up. On our way, we took the needed of stops and he demonstrated compassion for us and our girls. I highly recommend that everyone with dogs use Pet Moves as a way to circumvent the inevitable stress putting animals in cargo can do. It’s a wonderful and easy experience! I also highly recommend that as part of your journey through Paris, you elect to purchase the upgraded, greeter experience so that your transition through the airport and customs is facilitated nicely and smoothly. Luggage taken care of too! Teddy was our greeters name (Paris lounge network I believe) and he was awesome! Barry and his team will offer the above options to you and it’s affordable and a no brainer compared to paying the cargo charges anyway. Please also understand that Barry has a small team but they are mighty in their abilities and commitment to serve. He may take a bit to respond on WhatsApp but I recommend you communicate with him that way and he will surely respond when he can. I’d give his company 10 stars if I could. Amazing service all round from the entire Pet Moves team. There should be a six star review. Barry was incredibly helpful from start to finish with coordinating our move from the US to London. Despite being bombarded with questions, Barry and the team were always kind, knowledgeable and fast with their responses. Once we arrived in Paris, Edward met us at the airport and was wonderful. He walked us through the journey and planned stops for us and our dogs en-route to London. Fluent in French and English, he helped us through the dog customs and then human customs. If anyone needs to move with their pets, there is no other option than Pet Moves.
