I wish I could leave more than 5 stars! Our experience with Pet Moves was incredibly easy, comfortable, safe and FUN! Traveling from the US to the UK (via France) for the first time with two fur babies was nothing short of stressful, especially trying to understand the paperwork and requirements. Pet Moves was available to answer all my questions and address all my concerns. Edward promptly picked us up at the airport and provided a relaxing and helpful trip into the UK. I would absolutely recommend Pet Moves when traveling with your pets. Thank you Pet Moves!!

Barry was helpful and responsive throughout all the arrangements, and Edward was the nicest driver, and knowledgeable of all the customs procedures at the Euro Tunnel. I would definitely recommend their service for getting your pets to the UK without having to separate from them :)
Joshua L.2024-04-06Fantastic service! We were moving from Berlin to London and found out quite late in the process that we wouldn't be able to take our elderly cat with us in the airplane cabin. Barry provided amazing service throughout - he answered our questions about the required paperwork, provided clear information so we would know exactly what to expect during the ride from Paris to London, and even offered to mail back a coat that we accidentally left behind. We were pretty nervous about traveling with an elderly, very anxious cat, so having an experienced person there was invaluable to us and made the whole process a breeze. It's clear that he truly cares about pets, too; he checked on our cat regularly during the ride and provided everything he'd need, from blankets to water and a litter box.
Clarice Corell2024-03-16When I learned that we would be moving from San Francisco to London for my husband's job, I immediately started researching how we were going to bring our 14 year old cat, Miss Moneypenny with us. After reaching out to a number of pet move companies online, a representative was finally honest with me that they only facilitate pets moved via a plane's cargo hold. There was no way we would put Miss Moneypenny through that experience, I knew there had to be another way. After even more research, I found a blog post from years ago mentioning Pet Moves, and I'm so thankful I found them! Barry responded quickly with a cost estimate and what to expect. He even recommended booking the VIP meet-and-greet service at Paris CDG so we didn't need to wait in a long immigration line, and we're so glad he did as we were out of the airport in 20 minutes. Edward, our lovely friendly driver, collected us within minutes of stepping outside and we were quickly on the road to London. We thoroughly enjoyed our long drive with him and Moneypenny was happy and comfortable. We even made a quick stop at a pet store along the way so we could purchase a litter box which was so helpful as stores would have been closed when we arrived in London that evening. We really can't recommend this service enough for stress-free travel with your pet! Thank you, Barry and Edward!
Alison Griffiths2024-02-26We are so grateful to both Barry and Edward for the outstanding service we received in order to bring our dog to the UK via France. Our dog is elderly needing medication 3 times daily, so putting her in the hold of an aircraft for hours was definitely not an option. We searched for help and found the many tremendous online reviews given to PetMoves, and Barry and Edward in particular. From Day 1 it has been a pleasure working with Barry who helped us navigate the paperwork process required, answering our questions and providing timely guidance. When we arrived in Paris, Edward was there to greet us at the airport and provided a large bowl of fresh water for our pup, a carrier and lovely thick warm fresh blankets. The transport was fabulous, spotlessly clean and super comfortable. Edward thoughtfully provided every opportunity for rest breaks, and liaised with the officials on our behalf ensuring a smooth passage through border control and into the Eurotunnel to the UK. We then continued very comfortably on the last leg of our long journey right to the door. We cannot overstate how grateful we are to Barry and Edward for taking such great care of us all. They are both genuinely great guys, and the high praise received by so many clients is richly deserved.
Bland Thomas2024-02-07Barry transported my Labrador Jane at very very short notice to France,he organised everything, ( even the outgoing papers as I had no idea what to do ) Jane was very happy and I got photos of her all through the trip, I could not recommend him more. Worth all the money for someone who cares about our lovely pets !

I'm immensely grateful for their assistance in ensuring I had all the correct documents prior to travel. Edward, who handled the transport, was fantastic. Despite my flight being considerably delayed, he was punctual with the pick-up. My cats were comfortable in the van and seemed happy to get out of their carriers and stretch their little legs in the van. I cannot recommend their service highly enough.

He was super helpful when it came to navigating the difficulties in the pet immigration documents and offered support throughout the whole process. We are Ukrainians and when we decided to move to the UK in 2022 our Lovely British host found the “Pet Moves” company to bring us together with our dog from Paris to the UK. Our emotional state was difficult and our biggest fear was can we go into England with our dog. Mr Barry checked all documents and told us that all be fine. And Barry supported us very much and tried to reassure us. And when we arrived in England he did not charge us at all. He told that people should help and support each other and it was amazing because that money we used for living in a future. I thanked the God for the brilliant people which we met on our way.
